  • Consultations are highly recommended before booking.

    All bookings are made online with a deposit.

    Bookings should be made 1-3 weeks in advance of desired booking date. Clients should allot time for any decor , props, or otherwise special requests to be fulfilled; Clients should also factor in standard turnaround time in order to receive photos by desired date.

  • Yes, deposits are required. All deposits are non-refundable.

    A 50% deposit is required to book all photoshoots.

    A $250 deposit is required to book mini events

    A 50% deposit is require to book Full events

  • I accept Zelle & Cash

    Cash/Zelle deposits must be made within 1 hour of scheduling to avoid the client’s time slot being forfeited.

  • Photoshoots

    24-48 hours after scheduled photoshoot, a link with all raw images will be sent over via email or text message for clients to choose the images they’d like to be professionally edited. Please note that clients with a remaining balance will not receive a link until their balance is paid in full.

    Events

    2 to 5 business days after scheduled shoot a link with all sorted and basic retouched photos will be sent over on a link via email or text message. Please note that clients with a remaining balance will not receive a link until their balance is paid in full.

    Wedding photos will be sent over via a link within 60-90 days of the wedding date. A photo album will also be provided upon request. Please note that clients with a remaining balance will not receive a link until their balance is paid in full.

  • Photoshoots

    After clients select photos for professional edit clients will receive their final edited photos 7-14 business days from photo selection (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Turnaround time is dependent upon business volume. During busy seasons such as holidays, graduation etc. time may increase to 14-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Yes, extra professionally edited photos can be purchased at $25 per photo.

  • The photographer will try to bring the client’s vision to life to the best of his ability. All clients should book a consult to discuss whether their vision is obtainable with Ellifotos as well as possible additional cost(s).

  • Each client’s gallery link will be accessible up to 365 days (1 year) after the date of the scheduled photoshoot/event.

  • Need to reschedule?

    Each client has (1) reschedule per deposit. The new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original booked session. Rescheduling is based on photographer availability and must be scheduled within 24 hours of the original missed session. If the new rescheduled session is missed, the client has forfeited their deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook.

    Cancellation policy

    In the event of a cancellation clients should cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. The photographer may refund deposits at his discretion.

  • All clients are required to come with their hair and makeup done. The photographer does provide these services. Clients can reach out to the photographer for a list of referred hairstylists and makeup artists he’s worked with in the past.

  • Yes, I travel at an additional fee.

    Up to 20mi inside of New Jersey requires no additional charge. Travel that exceeds 20mi inside of New Jersey +$50

    Photoshoots in New York +$65

    Traveling fees are subject to change at the photographer’s discretion based on tolls and distance.

    **Graduation photos $30 extra fee for colleges more than 15mi from Union, NJ.

  • Yes. Clients are encouraged to bring someone with them that will make them feel more comfortable. Please be mindful that all guests of the studio are expected to be respectful of the photographer and the space. Also, guests are not a part of the photoshoot unless a group photo is booked and should otherwise steer clear of the photoshoot set up.

  • Photoshoots

    The photographer will provide professional editing for the agreed upon number of photos the client chooses with their package.

    Professional editing includes: Correcting exposure, color grading, and blurriness; Retouching stray/flying hairs, skin smoothing, removal of acne, scars and blemishes, teeth whitening, slight body and face reshaping. Please keep in mind the photographer will only edit images including slight face and body reshaping that will not surpass a natural finish.

Terms & Conditions

Please read before booking

  • Reach out to the photographer for bookings desired less than a week away to discuss availability and execution.

  • Hair and makeup must be complete before photoshoot.

  • Cancellation due to makeup artist/hairstylist issues are not the responsibility of the photographer and standard cancellation/rescheduling terms apply.

  • Traveling fees apply to shoots conducted outside of photographer’s studio after 20mi of travel in New Jersey ($50), traveling in NYC and certain parts of NYS are ($65). Traveling fees are subject to change at the photographer’s discretion based on traveling expenses.

  • Rescheduling- client has (1) time to reschedule within 30 calendar days of the original appointment. After 30 days any possibility of rescheduling is at the photographer’s discretion; otherwise the client will forfeit their deposit.

  • Consultations- Before booking your session, all clients should reach out for a consultation to discuss your vision and a setup that works for you. During the consultation the client should share outfit(s), photoshoot theme(s), number of people etc.

  • Late Fee-

    • Your session begins at the agreed upon time booked

    • If there’s a client directly behind you, you will not have an opportunity to extend your session.

    • After 20 minutes a late fee of $50 will be applied. This must be paid at the time of the remaining balance payment, before raw images are sent to the client.

    • After 45 minutes the client’s photoshoot is subject to be canceled at the photographer’s discretion (with no refund of the deposit).

  • Final images-

    • Within 24-48 hours clients will receive a link with all of their raw photos from their shoot. This link will be accessible for 365 days from the day of the shoot before expiring.

    • Professional edits from photoshoots are a priority for 7 days from the completion of the shoot. If the client fails to select photos to be edited within 7 days from the completion of the shoot turnaround time may vary based on business volume.

    • Photos are professionally retouched: Exposure correcting, color grading, sharpness, image clarity, retouching of of stray hairs, skin spots, acne, scars, blemishes, mole removal teeth whitening, eye enhancement, skin smoothing, *slight* body/face reshaping.

    • Turnaround is 7-14 business days from photo selection (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Turnaround time is dependent upon business volume. During busy seasons such as holidays, graduation etc. time may increase to 14-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Event images

    • Turnaround time is 2 to 5 business days

    • Photos will be sorted and basic retouching is applied.

  • Albums are only provided for weddings and are included in the package price.

* Absolutely no retouching, image editing or distribution of raw images will take place without full balance payment. *
