Before Booking
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable
All photoshoots require a 50% non-refundable deposit
Mini events require a 50% non-refundable deposit
Full events require a $250 non-refundable deposit
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Clients have 24 hours to use their 1 reschedule per deposit. The new scheduled date is based on availability and must be within 30 days of the original session booked.
If the new rescheduled date is missed, client’s deposit is automatically forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations automatically forfeit of the client’s deposit at the photographer’s discretion
Turnaround Time
Clients’ raw images will be ready for selection within 24-48 hours of photoshoot completion
Images to be professionally edited must be selected by clients. The photographer does not assist with or select photos on half of clients.
Turn around time for all photoshoots are 7 to 14 business days (This timeline begins after desired raw images are selected for professional edit by the client and excludes weekends and holidays)
Turnaround time is dependent upon business volume. During busy seasons such as holidays, graduation/prom etc. turnaround time may increase to 14-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Clients should confirm turn around range with photographer before booking.
* Images from partially paid sessions will only be stored for a limited time at the photographer’s discretion.*

Booking is based on availability (Booking 1-3 weeks in advance is highly recommended)
Additional hours for event bookings should be added on at the time of booking. Once booking is confirmed, desired additional hours are based on availability.
No deposit = No photographer
Remaining balance is due the day of the shoot/event. Please note the link with all raw photos (or event images) will not be released to the client until the full balance is paid.
